WEEK 1: Dieting, cardio, and resistance training

So, Ive been following a strict diet with portion control and low carb intake as well as resistance training with a band, cardio (mostly MA), and some weight lifting. Any thoughts on how to further improve results? Quite frankly I didnt expect to see these types of results so quickly. Any advice Im open ears!
