i'm nervous that i'm gaining more fat than muscle. My biceps have gotten considerably bigger and when i squish it, it feels like fat :/ i've put on 0.5 to 1kg in a week.
basically i am aware fat gain is inevitable but i just don't want to have too much. I'm having roughly 2300-500kcals per day while my TDEE is 2040ish
still lifting 3x a week, going up but OHP stalled 3rd time now at 32.5kg so will go down to 27.5kg :(
