Hey guys, sorry if this has been discussed before. Like a few others on here I'm looking to lose about 20 pounds while at the same time just starting out with SL5x5. Currently I'm 5'7" at around 182 pounds (male).
Is it possible to use a cycling machine or MTB along with this program? What's the best schedule for it? I just prefer biking for cardio as running and the like bores me to tears (started SL5x5 on Tuesday plus a 30min ride and my thighs are still on fire). Is there a machine in the gym that is best for supplementing cardio with the SL program? Thanks!
