Hi. Really loving stronglifts, this is my first time doing free weights ever, so its good to have what seems to be a good program to follow. I'm starting to get to the point where I'm really feeling it now.
Currently failing on my OHP at 40kg, but don't have a video of that, but I thought I'd see if anyone has any comments on my Barbell Row?
It feels pretty good so far, and I really feel it in the top of the legs/thighs, not sure why or if this is good :)
