Over 2m tall, need advice

So I just started working at a disabled home and I have to bend over a lot, which isn't really good for my back. I already have a bit of back pain after a week of work.

What are some good exercises for me to prevent serious damage? Maybe something I can do at work? Stretches and whatnot?
