On correcting other people's form..

Is there a right way to do it? Should it even be done?

Reason I'm asking, there's a guy squatting next to me and his form is horrendous. Back arching, good morning squats and he's not going all that light either.

I mean I'm no expert but I'm seriously worried about this guys back but I know there's etiquette around this stuff.
