Couldnt find answer in the FAQ

Is the bench press mandatory?

Will it really be detrimental? (as in I risk injuring myself or creating severe muscle imbalance if I omit bench press completely) Or is the only drawback is maybe my progress will be slower as bench pressing will help my other lifts?

only do

  • barbell row
  • deadlift
  • squat
  • and overhead press?
