This video by Alan Thrall got me thinking about always doing low-bar squats, in particular his point about low-bar squats and deadlifts being extremely similar motions. I had the idea that it might be beneficial to alternate the squat style and do high-bar on days that I do deadlifts while sticking to trusty low-bar on days I don't.
What do you guys think? Great idea? Stupid idea? Anything important I might not have considered?
