455 X 1 PR Squat after revised form.

Hello again /r/fitness! BlockForPresident here with another squat video showing off my revised squat form after you all decided to slam me over my mobility.

A little background about me, I'm a 21 year old male, standing 6'4" at between 240-245lbs. I began lifting at the young age of 13 with my former high school's football team and was one of the strongest male athletes in my school by senior year. After a year of college football and two years of letting my body get badly out of shape, I decided on my 21st birthday that I was going to change my life with fitness. Since then, I have dropped from 325lbs/29% body fat to 245lbs/15% body fat.

After my last submission to /r/fitness of my raw 500lb squat, several people informed me of my lack of mobility/depth through the movement. This irritated me greatly as I felt I've always been extremely flexible and mobile to be such a large man. However, I have to thank all of you for downvoting and calling me out on my form. Since then, I have done meticulous research on different squat forms, foot placement, hand placement etc. It was this Ed Coan video that really did it for me though Skqaat

So here it is! My revised squat form at 455lbs for a single. I can tell my explosion is lacking from the bottom but I feel my depth is perfect as well as my mobility through the movement. What do you think r/fitness? 455x1

If you're wondering about my other, here they are: Squat: 455 Deadlift: 505 Bench: 335 for a 1290lb total.
