So I was racing on the weekend in a swimming based sport and I did a rather dodgy dive start (there were a number of people doing these due to a bad starter), long story short, subluxed my shoulder. So I have been given rehab for it and have been told other than swimming and lifting weights with it I can do anything under the rules of as long as there is no discomfort. I would just like some different exercises to toy around with in the gym for lower body and core to help keep me sane.
