Is it necessary to do warm up sets for barbell rows and deadlifts?

I usually go straight in without warming up. Is that a problem or will my 5 set squats be enough as a warmup for my body?

I only do deadlift one set and i really would like more practise tbh.

Also i failed OHP 3 times now at 32.5kg, should i deload and stick to 5x5 or deload and go to 3x5? Also deload to 27.5kg?
