So I started Stronglifts as a replacement for physical therapy after a two level cervical fusion in December. I had to start with super low weights due to the atrophy in my arms from the nerve damage. I've gotten up to a 235lb squat, 95lb Ohp, 280lb dead and a 130lb bench. The problem is I have some shoulder issues on my left side that were previously hidden by the muscle I used to have. Now I can't strict bench without a grinding feeling in my left shoulder. Pulling my shoulders back makes it worse. What can I replace the flat bench with to build my chest while I rebuild the muscle to stabilize my shoulders?
