I am a pretty skinny dude, 5' 8 (172 cm) and 120 pounds (55 kg), 23 years old. And last 1-2 years I spent a lot of time in front of the computer screen. So time to time my back hurts, Im not sure I can squat OR deadlift safely. Surely I will try to make my form good as possible but when it gets tough, I dont know If I hurt my back or not. Is leg press viable option? And my lower body is far weak than my upper body. I can easily make 25+ push ups or 15+ pullups but 3x20 bodyweight squat means 2 day of soreness to me. I can use some advice from outside. What should I do?
