Hi, I recently started the Stronglifts program and am enjoying it thoroughly. Started with the 20kg bar and have been working up gradually. I'm about 2 weeks in now.
In a week and a half I am going away for a week and there will be no possibility to get to any kind of gym, let alone one with freeweights
Does anybody have any recommendations as to what sort of exercise routine to follow to minimise my strength gains/progress?
I would normally just take it as a week off but given how early I am in the program it seems premature to be taking extended rest.
I was thinking about a bodyweight workout daily...
I am accepting of the fact that when I return I will probably have to move back a day or two in the program and not just continue where i left off.
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
