Overhead press

I just started SL5x5 and one my second workout (workout B) I failed to do more than 4 reps in the 4th set. I was actually able to do 5 in the last set though after I rested a bit. This is just with an empty bar (45 lbs). I think next time if I rest a little bit more I may not run into this. Seeing as this is so hard would it be advisable to use a 2.5lb weight increase to progress in this particular exercise? I have a set of fractional plate. This is of course after I am able to do the full 5 sets and reps.
