Barbell row shoulder injury, your thoughts?

I'm not positive about what happened, but after my first set of rows, my right shoulder was just dead. Sharp pain, not ache. I was going to reduce weight for the second set, but even taking the weights off the bar didn't feel good, so I called it a night.

Maybe I was letting the weight down too fast and the rebound shock got me. My right wrist isn't super happy either, I just noticed after typing.

I was using rubberized weights and lifting on a padded platform.

Any input is very appreciated.
