Really sore thighs

Im due to do my 2nd 5x5session today but my quads are so sore that i dont know how ill beable to do them.its rather difficult for me to evensit on a tollet seat right now.Is this soreness typical and how should i proceed (because i would obviously like to continue with the program and follow it with precision)?
