I had gone to the gym for a solid 2 months before I strained my shoulder in late June. I haven't been since. Also, while playing soccer, I suffered a groin injury that has kept me out for 3 weeks. I loved working out and playing soccer but I am scared to return to the gym/play soccer. I am terrified that I will tear my groin taking a free kick or throw out my shoulder OHPing.
How can I get over this fear?
