Squat Form Check

Just started stronglifts last week and want to make sure I am doing things correctly before the weight starts getting heavier. I can see I need to get down lower which I will need to work on. I think my issue is flexibility/range of motion as I feel like my groin muscles and shoulders are extremely tight. Coming off the bar my shoulder feels very stiff/painful. I also have a fairly wide stance which I'm not sure if that would affect squat depth. I sprained my right ankle years ago and the range of motion has never been the same.As a result my right foot kept lifting when squatting so to compensate I widened my stance. Also it could be that my gut is getting in the way, I am down 40lbs though so far.
